Admissions

All admissions at Currumbin Clinic are elective admissions for privately insured or self-funded patients.
General practitioners and psychiatrists can refer patients to our clinic for admission during clinic business hours which are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.

Please note that we don’t cater for emergency admissions.

The assessment co-ordinator will do an over the phone assessment with the patient and clarify health fund eligibility.

All referrals are then assessed by one of our accredited psychiatrists before admission is confirmed.
